1. About the Platform

VIABIG Workspace is an industry learning platform that provides structured project-based learning experiences, mentorship programs, project sprints, internship-style learning environments, certificates, and related educational resources. Participation in any program does not constitute employment with VIABIG.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or
  • Have consent from a parent or legal guardian if below 18 years.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security.
  • Keeping login credentials confidential.
  • Providing accurate information.

VIABIG reserves the right to suspend accounts containing inaccurate or misleading information.

4. Program Participation

Participants are expected to:

  • Follow professional conduct standards.
  • Respect mentors, staff, and fellow participants.
  • Avoid plagiarism and academic misconduct.
  • Complete assigned milestones honestly.

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued only after successful completion of program requirements. VIABIG reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or invalidate certificates obtained through misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content including:

  • Documents, templates, and training materials.
  • Videos and project resources.
  • Branding assets.

remain the property of VIABIG unless otherwise stated. Users may not redistribute, sell, copy, or commercially exploit platform materials without written permission.

7. Project Materials

Any project, documentation, workflows, examples, or case studies provided through the platform are intended solely for educational purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

VIABIG does not guarantee:

  • Employment or internship offers.
  • PPO opportunities or job placements.
  • Salary outcomes.

Program participation is intended for learning and skill development.

9. Modification of Services

VIABIG may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, feature, or service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Punjab, India.
